摘  要:以1,4-丁二酸(SA)、二聚酸(DA)、1,3-丙二醇(1,3-PG)合成不同m(SA)/m(DA)比例柔性可调的生物基聚酯二元醇(PPSD-2000),并用PPSD-2000、4,4′-二环己基二异氰酸酯(HMDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等合成出生物基水性聚氨酯(Bio-WPU)。用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)谱图对Bio-WPU进行了结构表征,动态热机械分析(DMA)显示,随着二聚酸含量的提高,Bio-WPU的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)从-5.93℃下降至-40.17℃。实验数据表明:过量率(η)=20%时PPSD的羟值(OHv)=55.79 mg KOH/g、酸值(Av)=0.38 mg KOH/g。m(SA)/m(DA)=30/70、DMPA=3.5wt%时Bio-WPU的性能最佳,制备出的合成革剥离强度达78 N/3 cm,Taber H-18 1 000 g耐磨1 000转,-10℃6万次耐折牢,70℃95RH%恒温恒湿7周剥离强度保留为75%以上。To synthesize bio based polyester diols(PPSD-2000)with different m(SA)/M(DA)ratios and flexible adjust ability by using 1,4-succinic acid(SA),dimer acid(DA)and 1,3-propanediol(1,3-PG),and to synthesize bio based waterborne polyurethane(Bio-WPU)by using PPSDd-2000,4,4′-dicyclohexyl diisocyanate(HMDI)and dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA). The structure of Bio-WPU was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).Dynamic mechanical analysis(DMA)showed that the glass transition temperature(Tg)of Bio-WPU decreased from-5.93℃ to-40.17℃ with the increase of dimeric acid content. The experimental data show that: excess rate(η)at 20%,the hydroxyl value(OHV)and acid value(AV)of PPSD were 55.79 mg KOH/g and 0.38 mg KOH/g. When m(SA)/M(DA)=30/70 and DMPA = 3.5 wt%,the peel strength of Bio-WPU is 78 N/3 cm and Taber H-18 1 000 g,1 000 rpm,-10℃ 60000 times of strong folding,70℃ 95 RH% constant temperature and humidity for 7 weeks,the peel strength remained above 75%.
