摘　　要：从设计参数、技术难点、运行业绩、综合成本等方面对比,探讨空分装置液氧泵、液氮泵国产化可行性,并提出提高空分装置配套低温泵国产化率的途径。The feasibility of localization of liquid oxygen pump and liquid nitrogen pump in air separation unit is discussed from the aspects of design parameters, technical difficulties, operation performance and comprehensive cost, and the ways to improve the localization rate of cryogenic pump for air separation unit are put forward in this paper.
