摘  要:利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)对一种双烯液晶化合物中异构杂质进行分析,确定了分子结构,并合成出了目标杂质化合物。对合成过程进行分析,识别出导致异构产生的关键步骤为膦盐合成部分。优化该步骤反应条件,使得异构杂质由0.6%减小到0.2%。Diene liquid crystal compounds are playing an important role in the whole liquid crystal materials, but the further development is serious limited by some isomer impurities due to its hard-removing characters in the purification process. This research is using GC-MS technique successfully identify its isomer impurity structure in one kind of diene liquid crystal compound and further synthesize the target compound. Then figure out the key step is located in phosphonate synthesis process through analyzing the thorough chemistry process. Finally, by optimizing the reaction conditions for this step successfully make the isomer impurity jump down to 0.2% from the initial 0.6%.
