软基地质条件下静压预应力管桩断桩原因及处理研究

摘　　要：本文以佳美安置房(A1-2地块)工程为例,该工程地质多为软土地基,桩基形式采用高强预应力管桩,结合工程概况,分析软基地质条件静压预应力管桩断桩原因,并对桩基工程施工中断桩预防及断桩后补救措施做详细论述,为同类工程施工提供一定参考。Taking the Jiamei resettlement housing(Plot A1-2)project as an example,the geology of the project is mostly soft soil foundation,so that the pile foundation adopts high-strength prestressed pipe pile.Combined with the project overview,this paper analyzes the causes of pile breaking of static pressure prestressed pipe pile under the geological conditions of soft foundation,and discusses in detail the preventive measures and remedial measures after the pile breaking during the construction of pile foundation project,which could provide some reference for the construction of similar projects.
