摘　　要：财务管理专业是国内高校普遍开设的专业,随着时代经济的快速发展,人才市场对高校财务管理专业人才质量提出了更高的要求,财务管理专业人才培养模式改革问题迫在眉睫。该文分析了新文科背景下财务管理专业人才培养模式改革的必要性,将跨界融合理念引入财务管理专业人才培养模式,对财务管理专业的人才培养模式进行探索并提出教学改革建议。Financial management is a major widely opened in domestic colleges and universities.With the rapid development of the economy of the times,the talent market has put forward higher requirements for the quality of financial management professionals in colleges and universities.The reform of financial management professional talent training mode is imminent.In this paper,it analyzes the necessity of talent training mode reform of financial management specialty under the background of new liberal arts,introduces the concept of cross-border integration into the talent training mode of financial management specialty,explores the talent training mode of financial management specialty and puts forward suggestions for teaching reform.
