我国住房改革与住房保障问题探析

摘　　要：随着我国经济的急速发展,在积极推进我国住房改革和住房保障体系建设中存在着一些问题,也引起了社会的高度重视,因此研究如何完善优化相关制度是十分重要的。面对这样的一个关乎民生经济的社会管理问题,应当从其历史沿革入手,立足于当前的制度现状,进而提出解决现有问题的相关策略,促使住房改革和住房保障可以顺应我国社会发展趋势,为保障我国的经济发展做出相应的贡献。With the rapid development of China's economy,there are some problems in actively promoting China's housing reform and the construction of housing security system,which has also attracted great attention of the society.Therefore,it is very important to study how to improve and optimize relevant systems.In face with such a social management problem related to people's livelihood and economy,we should start with its historical evolution,based on the current system status,and then put forward relevant strategies to solve the existing problems,so as to promote housing reform and housing security to comply with China's social development trend and make corresponding contributions to ensuring China's economic development.
