摘  要:该文总结分析了内蒙古大唐国际锡林浩特发电公司2×660 MW超超临界机组基于褐煤燃烧的一次调频控制策略存在的问题,提出了相应的控制逻辑优化方案,并实际应用在机组生产中,改善机组一次调频性能,使电网频率维持稳定,实现机组的能量平衡。在满足华北网一次调频控制的要求基础上,通过控制策略的优化,提高了机组运行的安全性、稳定性,可供同类型机组的一次调频参考与借鉴。This paper summarizes and analyzes existing problems of 2×660 MW ultra supercritical unit primary frequency modulation control strategy based on lignite coal combustion of Inner Mongolia Datang International Xilinhot Power Generation Company.The corresponding control logic optimization scheme is proposed and applied in the unit production to improve the primary frequency regulation performance of the unit,maintain the stability of the power grid frequency and realize the energy balance of the unit.On the basis of meeting the requirements of primary frequency regulation control of North China power grid,the safety and stability of unit operation are improved through the optimization of control strategy,which can be used as a reference for primary frequency regulation of similar units.
