摘　　要：在采用高分子环保型水泥护壁工艺的基础上,结合桩端后注浆技术和桩顶三岔双向挤压钻孔技术,先是采用生态环保型水泥聚合物护壁进行旋挖式钻孔,再由三岔双向挤扩设备在相对硬土层扩孔,成桩后通过预埋的注浆管进行桩底后注浆。该项新技术产品可以在“软硬护层”的特殊地质环境下有效地帮助提高桩基的综合承载力,具有大幅度降低工程造价、提高桩基的综合承载力、经济实惠、污染少等优点。Based on the polymer environmental protection cement wall protection technology,combined with the post-grouting technology at the pile end and the three fork two-way extrusion drilling technology at the pile top,firstly,the ecological environmental protection cement polymer wall protection is used for rotary drilling,and then the three fork two-way extrusion equipment is used to expand the hole in the relatively hard soil layer.After the pile is formed,the base post-grouting is carried out through the embedded grouting pipe.This new technical product can effectively help to improve the comprehensive bearing capacity of pile foundation under the special geological environment of"soft and hard protective layer",and has the advantages of greatly reducing the project cost,improving the comprehensive bearing capacity of pile foundation,economy and less pollution and so on.
