摘 要:从车前草组织中分离一株对金黄色葡萄球菌具有拮抗活性内生芽孢杆菌CQC1,结合形态特征、生理生化特征及16SrDNA序列分析对该菌株进行鉴定;以牛津杯法测定菌株发酵液抗菌活性、抗菌谱;同时以薄层色谱-生物自显影技术分离筛检和确定抗菌活性成分。结果表明,根据形态特征、生理生化特征及16SrDNA序列比对,该CQC1菌株被鉴定为高地芽孢杆菌,其无菌发酵液对金黄色葡萄球菌表现较强抑制活性,抑菌圈直径达到22.4 mm;通过薄层色谱-生物自现影筛检活性成分,结果显示,其抗菌活性成分可能为肽类物质,对葡萄球菌、链球菌、白色念珠菌等兰氏阳性菌抑制活性明显。A strain isolated from Plantago had antagonistic activity against Staphylococcus aureus.The strain was identified by combining morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16SrDNA sequence analysis.The antimicrobial activity,antimicrobial spectrum and antimicrobial characteristics were determined by Oxford cup method.At the same time,TLC-bioautography was used to isolate and screen the antibacterial active components.The results showed that according to the morphological characteristics,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16SrDNA sequence alignment,the strain was identified as Bacillus altitudinis..The diameter of the inhibition zone against S.aureus in the sterile fermentation broth of the strain reached 22.4 mm.The results of TLC-bioautography suggested that the antibacterial active ingredients might be peptides.The results of TLC-bioautoscreenings showed that the antibacterial active ingredients might be peptides,which had obvious inhibitory activities against gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus,Streptococcus,Candida albicans.
