摘 要:采用正交试验,探究了不同方法(水热、水浴、微波水热)、盐酸浓度以及熟化搅拌时间对聚合氯化铝产率的影响,并进一步探究微波水热时间对聚合氯化铝产量及其性能的影响。采用X射线衍射分析仪、红外光谱仪对得到样品进行物相和结构表征,通过浊度分析仪对其絮凝沉降效果评价。实验结果表明:微波酸浸优于其他两种酸浸方法,在微波功率400 W,微波反应15 min,盐酸浓度为20%,熟化搅拌3 h条件下,煤矸石中氧化铝浸出率可达80.80%。将10 mg/100 mL聚合氯化铝加入生活污水,静置10 min后,生活污水的浊度从24.75 NTU下降到8.58 NTU。In this paper,the effects of different methods(hydro-thermal,water bath,microwave hydrothermal assisted method),hydrochloric acid concentration and maturation mixing time on the yield of polymerized aluminum chloride were investigated,and the effect of microwave hydrothermal assisted time on the yield and performance of polymerized aluminum chloride is further explored.The phase and microstructure of the obtained samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction analyzer and infrared spectrometer.The results show that microwave acid leaching method is better than the other two acid leaching methods.The leaching rate of alumina form coal gangue coltan can reach to 80.80%,as the hydrochloric acid concentration is 20%under 400 W microwave power for microwave reaction 15 min,meanwhile the maturation mixing time is about 3 h.The turbidity of the domestic sewage decrease from 24.75 NTU to 8.58 NTU,as 10 mg/100 mL polymerized aluminum chloride was added into domestic sewage and let it stewing for 10 min.
