摘  要:以Sb-La-Zr/C为催化剂,固定床为反应器,采用吡啶与氯气反应合成五氯吡啶。系统地考查了金属含量、催化剂用量、原材料摩尔比、反应温度的影响,筛选出最优的反应条件:Sb含量为0.5%,La含量为2.5%,Zr含量为5%,反应温度为280℃,催化剂用量为6%,吡啶∶氯气=1∶6.2,此时五氯吡啶的收率达99%以上。该工艺操作简单,安全性高,收率高,适合工业化生产。Thepentachloropyridine was synthesized by using the pyridine and chlorine as raw material infixed bed reactor.The influence of metal content,catalyst amount,ratio of the raw materials and residence temperature was systematically investigated,and suitable reaction conditions were selected.The optimal conditions for diazotization were as follows:Sb content was 0.5%,La content was 2.5%,Zr content was 5%,the amount of catalyst was 6%,the ratio of raw materials was 1∶6.2 and the temperature was 280℃,the yield of pentachloropyridine was 99%.The process realizes the continuous synthesis of pentachloropyridine has high safety and high yield,and is suitable for industrial production.
