摘  要:催化裂化装置用冷壁滑阀阀体有两种衬里结构,通过理论和模拟计算两种方法对比分析得知,同一阀体结构,两种衬里可以互换,但单层衬里热损要大一些。从节能及设备使用寿命方面考虑,滑阀应尽量采用双层衬里;若采用单层结构,可适当增加衬里厚度,以减少热损。The FCC unit in oil refining process there is a kind of cold shell slide valve with a single or double refractory lining struture.In this paper,we discuss the body outside temperature by using the theory calculation and finite element software ANSYS simulation,the conclusion is that the same size body can exchange the two kinds of lining.The heat losses of a valve body with a single lining is larger than the body with a double lining.As for the aspects of saving energy and equipment service life,the double lining struture should be better in slide valve design.If using a single lining,the lining thickness can be increased in order to decreasing the heat losses.
