摘 要:为了研究白术中化学成分,采用超声萃取结合气相色谱/质谱法(GC/MS)对其分析。取安徽产地的白术1 g,加入2 mL甲醇,通过超声萃取60 min,使用气质联用仪GC/MS法分析得到白术提取物化学成分。白术的总离子流图经NIST 14谱库比对并参考相关文献,对主要的色谱峰进行定性,比较了其含量差异。In order to study the chemical constituents of Atractylodes atractylodes,ultrasonic extraction combined with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry(GC/MS)was used to analyze the chemical constituents.1 g of Atractylodes from Anhui origin was extracted with 2 mL methanol by ultrasonic extraction for 60 min.The chemical components of the extract were analyzed by GC/MS using GC/MS.The total ion flow chart of Atractylodes atractylodes was compared by NIST 14 library and reference to relevant literature.The main chromatographic peaks were qualitatively identified and their content differences were compared.
