摘　　要：2020年9月公布的《科学技术研究档案管理规定》对科研档案的界定,纳入了信息技术和科研工作发展对科研档案定义的新要求,丰富了科研档案的样态,但其与相关法律、规范存有不一致的地方,未能完全吻合科研档案工作的实际,很好地解决其中的问题。为此,需就来源、本质属性等要素对科研档案定义进行改进和完善。The definition of scientific research Archives in the regulations on the management of scientific and technological research Archives published in September 2020 incorporates the new requirements of the development of information technology and scientific research work on the definition of scientific research Archives, enriching the form of scientific research Archives, but it is also inconsistent with relevant laws and standard, which does not fully conform to the reality of scientific research Archives work and solve the problems existing in it. Therefore, the definition of scientific research Archives needs to be further improved on the elements such as source and essential attribute.
