摘　　要：高校干部人事档案管理工作呈现出规范化、数据化、智能化等新特点,研究数据化背景下高校干部人事档案的价值实现问题,对于活化干部人事档案资源、有效提升组织人事工作水平具有重要意义。论文在明确高校干部人事档案价值表征的基础上,结合当前高校干部人事档案管理的核心问题,构建了高校干部人事档案价值实现的多维路径。研究成果对高校干部人事档案管理具有一定的参考价值。University cadre personnel file management presents new features such as standardization, dataization, and intelligence. Research on the value realization of university cadre personnel files under the background of dataization is important for activating cadre personnel file resources and effectively improving the level of organization and personnel work. significance. On the basis of clarifying the value characterization of university cadre personnel files and combining the core issues of current university cadre personnel file management, the paper constructs a multidimensional path to realize the value of university cadre personnel files. The research results have certain reference value for the management of personnel files of cadres in colleges and universities.
