“抵制北京冬奥会”的理论批驳与实践应对

摘　　要：以美国为首的少部分国家和个别国际组织打着“人权民主”的旗号,对北京2022年冬奥会进行了抵制。通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对抵制北京冬奥会的行为进行批驳。认为在体育与政治关系的纠葛中,抵制奥运会有其历史图景与复杂面向。抵制北京冬奥会是对奥运会组织规则无知的表现,折射了美国等少数国家与人权组织试图将体育政治化的无能与无奈,违背了奥林匹克精神,伤害了奥运会各方利益,加剧了国际分裂格局,无法达到抵制效果。中国应该全力办好北京冬奥会,彰显人权民主进步局面,赢得国际社会广泛支持,提升国际传播能力,最终化解遭受无端抵制的风险。A small number of countries led by the United States and international organizations boycotted the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics under the banner of“human rights and democracy.”By means of literature review and logical analysis,this paper refutes the behavior of boycotting Beijing Winter Olympic Games.The action of boycotting the Olympic Games has its historical and complicated reasons regard to sports and politics.Boycotting the Beijing Winter Olympics means the ignorance of the organizing rules of the Olympic Games,and reflects the incompetence and helplessness of a few countries such as the United States and human rights organizations that are trying to politicize sports.It also violates the Olympic spirit,hurts the interests of all parties involved in the Olympic Games,aggravates the international division pattern,and is impossible to achieve the boycott effect.China should make every effort to host the Beijing Winter Olympics successfully,to highlight the progress of human rights,democracy,to win broad support from the international community,to improve ability of international communication,and to ultimately defuse the risk of unreasonable boycott.
