摘 要:地板覆盖物增加了地板传热阻,影响了地板的传热性能。通过问卷调查获得典型住宅建筑面积分布情况,对室内常用家具等覆盖物进行分析,获得了住宅类建筑的地板覆盖率;使用热阻分析法建立考虑覆盖物的地板传热阻模型,计算覆盖后的地板传热阻,又采用Fluent软件进行数值模拟,热阻分析法与数值模拟计算结果误差不超过6%。与覆盖前相比:地板覆盖率低于10%时,地板传热阻增幅不超过5%;地板覆盖率在20%~40%之间时,地板传热阻增加10%~25%。所用的方法和结果可为考虑覆盖物的辐射地板热工设计提供理论依据。The floor covering increases the heat transfer resistance of the floor and affects the heat transfer performance of the floor.Through the questionnaire survey,the distribution of typical residential building area was obtained,and the covering rate of floor was obtained by analyzing the common indoor furniture and other coverings.The thermal resistance analysis method was used to establish the floor heat transfer resistance model with coverings,and the floor heat transfer resistance with coverings was calculated.The Fluent software was used for numerical simulation.The error between the thermal resistance analysis method and the numerical simulation calculation results was no more than 6%.Compared with no covering,when the coverage rate was less than 10%,the increase of floor heat transfer resistance didn’t exceed 5%;when the coverage rate was between 20%and 40%,the floor heat transfer resistance increased by 10%to 25%.The methods used here and the results can provide a theoretical basis for the thermal design of radiant floor considering coverings.
