从脾论治心肌病

摘　　要：通过对心脾位置相邻,经络相联,五行相生,母子相及,心脾互养,气血相关,心主神志,与脾相关;脾主肌肉,中医学中所论述的肌肉,包括了现代医学的心肌;脾肺五行相生,心肌病后期所致左心衰以肺循环淤血为主要特点;脾肾五行相克,心肌病后期所致右心衰以体循环淤血水肿为主要特征等理论进行论述,从而阐明运用脾主肌肉、培土生金、培土制水等法来论治心肌病,为临床治疗心肌病提供了新思路。By aligning the position of the heart and the spleen adjacent to each other,the meridians are connected,the five elements are connected,the mother and the child are connected,the heart and the spleen are mutually nourished,the qi and blood are related,the heart governs the mind,and the spleen;the spleen governs the muscles,the muscles discussed in Chinese medicine,including The myocardium of modern medicine is discussed;the five elements of the spleen and lungs intersect each other,the left heart failure caused by the late cardiomyopathy is mainly characterized by pulmonary congestion;the spleen and kidney five elements are inhibited,and the right heart failure caused by the late cardiomyopathy is mainly characterized by systemic congestion and edema.,Thus clarifying the use of the spleen to control muscles,cultivating soil to produce gold,and cultivating soil to make water to treat cardiomyopathy,which provides a new idea for the clinical treatment of cardiomyopathy.
