摘　　要：重症肌无力(myasthenia gravis,MG)多是由自身免疫、基因遗传、毒性损害引发的一组以神经肌肉传递的突触后缺陷为主的自身免疫性疾病。祖国医学多将该病参照"痿证""睑废"等疾病范畴进行论治,汪龙德主任医师,国医大师周信有教授学术思想继承人,从事中医内科学临床、教学、科研工作30余年,勤求古训、学验颇丰,对MG的治疗具有独到见解,临床强调其基本病机为脾虚湿阻,治疗应从中焦脾胃入手,调脾胃、化湿滞,同时注重补肝肾、强筋骨,处方以健脾化湿之经典方剂平胃散为主,临床疗效确切。因此,该文结合典型案例,探讨并总结汪龙德主任医师运用"痿证必先重脾胃,湿化则肉坚骨强"理念论治MG的学术思想及临床经验,为该病的治疗提供新思路。Myasthenia gravis (myasthenia gravis,MG) is mostly a group of autoimmune diseases caused by autoimmunity,genetic inheritance,and toxic damage,mainly caused by postsynaptic defects of neuromuscular transmission.In Chinese medicine,the disease is treated with reference to the categories of diseases such as “failure syndrome” and “eyelid failure”.Chief physician WANG Longde,heir to the academic thoughts of Professor ZHOU Xinyou,a master of Chinese medicine,has been engaged in clinical,teaching,and scientific research of internal medicine for more than 30 years.Diligently seeking ancient teachings and rich learning experience,he has unique insights into the treatment of MG.It is clinically emphasized that the basic pathogenesis of MG is spleen deficiency and dampness.The treatment should start with the middle Jiao spleen and stomach,regulating the spleen and stomach,dissipating dampness,and focusing on strengthening the liver and kidney,strengthening the muscles and bones.,The prescription is based on Pingwei San,a classic prescription for invigorating the spleen and dissipating dampness,which has a definite clinical effect.Therefore,based on typical cases,this article discusses and summarizes the academic thoughts and clinical experience of Chief physician WANG Longde on the treatment of MG using the concept of “spleen and stomach must be emphasized in the dysfunction syndrome,and the flesh and bones are strengthened by moisturization”,and provide new ideas for the treatment of this disease.
