彭培初运用通法治疗缺血性中风后遗症经验

摘　　要：上海市名中医,享受国务院特殊津贴专家,全国名老中医药专家学术经验继承班指导老师彭培初教授,精通内科,尤擅长各类疑难杂病疾病的诊治。对于缺血性中风后遗症的治疗,彭培初教授创新性的提出了"不通为病,必治于通"的治疗理念。将"脑脉痹阻,以通为用"贯穿于中风后遗症的整个治疗过程中。认为,缺血性中风后遗症的患者,根据其主要临床表现,不外乎气虚、痰浊、血瘀、肾阴虚这四大原因。在治疗上以"以通为主,寒热并用"为主要治则,自拟通络方为主方进行临床干预治疗,根据患者的具体情况对处方进行加减,疗效显著。Professor Peng Peichu,a famous traditional Chinese medicine expert in Shanghai,who enjoys the special allowance of the State Council,and the instructor of the academic experience inheritance class of national famous traditional Chinese medicine experts,is proficient in internal medicine,especially in the diagnosis and treatment of various difficult and miscellaneous diseases.For the treatment of sequelae of ischemic stroke,Professor Peng Peichu innovatively put forward the treatment concept of "impassability is disease,must be treated through"."Brain blockage,to pass for use" throughout the whole treatment process of stroke sequelae.According to the main clinical manifestations of ischemic stroke sequelae,there are no more than four reasons:Qi deficiency,phlegm turbidity,blood stasis and kidney yin deficiency.In the treatment,the main treatment principle is "to pass mainly,cold and heat combined".The self-made Tongluo prescription is used as the main prescription for clinical intervention.According to the specific situation of patients,the prescription is modified,and the curative effect is significant.
