《张聿青医案》治肝用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨张聿青治肝的用药规律。方法:以《张聿青医案》第八卷肝火肝阳、肝风,第九卷胸胁痛三章中病案作为研究资料,提取病案中的处方分频次录入Microsoft Excel 2010中,在程序中完成中药名的规范并按照中医传承计算平台v3.0所要求的格式进行编辑、校正,再通过中医传承计算平台中"数据分析""方剂分析"等模块进行用药规律分析。结果:张聿青治肝用药在归经上五脏相对平均,六腑偏重胆、胃;药性以寒性、平性为主;药味以甘味为主,苦味次之;功效上以补虚类为主,利水渗湿类、清热类次之。结论:张聿青治肝用药,治疗肝阳肝火注重滋养阴血;治疗肝气时兼顾脾肺;治疗肝风时,注重胆胃之降。Objective:To explore Zhang Yuqing’s medication rules for liver treatment.Method:Taking the medical records in the three chapters of "Zhang Yuqing’s Yi’an",Volume 8 "ganhuo","ganyang","ganfeng",and Volume 9 "xiongxietong",as the research data,extract the prescriptions from the medical records and input them into Microsoft Excel 2010,and complete them in the program.The names of Chinese medicines are standardized and edited and corrected in accordance with the format required by the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform v3.0,and then the medication law is analyzed through the modules of "data analysis" and "prescription analysis" in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform.Results:Zhang Yuqing’s liver treatment drugs were relatively even in the five internal organs of the meridian,and the six fu-organs emphasized the gallbladder and stomach;the main properties of the drug were cold and flat;the taste of the drug was mainly sweet,followed by bitterness;in terms of efficacy,the main effect was tonic and diuresis Hygroscopicity type and heat-clearing type are followed.Conclusion:Zhang Yuqing treats the liver with drugs,focuses on nourishing yin and blood in the treatment of liver-yang and liver fire;when treating liver-qi,pays attention to the spleen and lung;when treating hepatic wind,pays attention to the reduction of gallbladder and stomach.
