保产无忧散对孕妇宫颈成熟度、产程及分娩结局的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨保产无忧散对孕妇宫颈成熟度、产程及分娩结局的影响。方法:选择符合标准的180例孕妇,依照随机数字表法分成2组,每组各90例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组加用保产无忧散,对比2组分娩结局、宫颈成熟度、各产程时间。结果:观察组阴道分娩率为96.67%,高于对照组83.33%,缩宫素使用率为2.22%,低于对照组的12.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组产后出血率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预前,2组宫颈成熟度(Bishop)评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组Bishop评分为(7.48±1.31)分,高于对照组的(4.37±1.03)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组第一产程时间为(463.52±30.22)min,短于对照组的(554.76±34.87)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:保产无忧散能加快孕妇宫颈成熟,缩短第一产程时间,促进其自然分娩,降低缩宫素使用率。Objective:To explore the effect of Baochan Wuyou San on pregnant women’s cervical maturity,delivery process and delivery outcome.Methods:Select 180 pregnant women who meet the criteria and divide them into 2 groups according to the random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was added with Baochan Wuyou San to compare the outcome of the two-component delivery,cervical maturity,and the time of each labor process.Results:The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33% in the control group,and the use rate of oxytocin was 2.22%,which was lower than 12.22% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);postpartum hemorrhage in the 2 groups Compared with the rate,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);before the intervention,compared with the cervical maturity (Bishop) score of the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05);after the intervention,the Bishop score of the observation group was (7.48±1.31) points,higher than the control group (4.37±1.03) points,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the observation group’s first labor time was (463.52±30.22) min,which was shorter than the control group (554.76±34.87) min,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Baochan Wuyou San can accelerate the cervical ripening of pregnant women,shorten the time of the first stage of labor,promote their natural delivery,and reduce the use rate of oxytocin.
