当归补血汤联合左旋卡尼汀治疗肾性贫血的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察当归补血汤联合左旋卡尼汀治疗肾性贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年1月至2018年12月安徽医科大学附属宿州医院就诊的肾性贫血患者110例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。2组均给予常规治疗,在此基础上,对照组给予左旋卡尼汀治疗,观察组给予当归补血汤联合左旋卡尼汀治疗,均连续治疗3个月,比较2组患者的贫血相关指标、肾功能、中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果:观察组患者总有效率为94.55%,对照组为78.18%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.25,P<0.05);2组患者红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)和红细胞比容(HCT)水平均高于治疗前(均P<0.05),且治疗后观察组RBC、Hb和HCT水平显著高于对照组(均P<0.05);2组治疗后肾功能指标及中医证候积分均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05),且治疗后观察组明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结果:当归补血汤联合左旋卡尼汀能显著提高肾性贫血患者RBC和Hb水平,改善贫血相关症状体征及肾功能,临床效果较好。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with L-carnitine in the treatment of renal anemia.Methods:A total of 110 patients with renal anemia admitted to Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Anhui Medical University from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group with 55 cases in each group.Both groups were given conventional treatment.The control group was given L-carnitine,and the study group was given Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with L-carnitine.The anemia-related indicators,renal function,TCM symptoms and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of patients in the study group was 94.55%,which was significantly higher than 78.18%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.25,P<0.05);after treatment,the red blood cell(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb)and hematocrit(HCT)levels of the study group and the control group were higher than before treatment(Ps<0.05),and the RBC,Hb and HCT levels of the study group were significantly higher than Control group(Ps<0.05);After treatment,the renal function indexes and TCM syndrome scores of patients in the study group and the control group were lower than before treatment(Ps<0.05),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(Ps<0.05).Conclusion:Danggui Buxue Decoction combined with erythropoietin can significantly increase the levels of RBC and Hb,improve anemia related symptoms and renal function,and has high clinical effect.
