摘　　要：术后胃瘫综合征(PGS)是胃癌术后常见并发症之一,严重影响肿瘤患者的治疗预后和生命质量。现代医学以保守治疗为主,临床缺乏特异性治疗手段,疗效有限且多数治疗存在不良反应。基于此,寻找一种安全有效的治疗手段是临床亟待解决的问题。近年来,中医药以其独特的辨证论治、整体观念理论体系在防治PGS方面具有一定疗效,且临床多项试验表明中医药治疗PGS安全有效,其中针灸作为中医药瑰宝,在治疗PGS中疗效显著。本文基于针灸通过调节脑肠肽水平治疗PGS,探讨治疗的可能机制,以期为临床提供治疗手段和理论依据。Postsurgical gastroparesis syndrome(PGS)is a potential postoperative complication in patients who have undergone gastric surgery.It has significant negative impacts on the prognosis and health-related quality of life.Conservative treatment is the most commonly used method.However,the lack of specific intervention leads to limited effectiveness and potential adverse effects.At present,finding a safe and effective treatment is urgent clinically.In recent years,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)has a certain therapeutic effect on the prevention and treatment of PGS with its unique theoretical system of syndrome differentiation and holistic concept,and a number of clinical trials have shown that TCM is safe and effective in treating PGS.As a treasure of TCM,acupuncture and moxibustion have a significant effect in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.This article explores the possible mechanism of Acupuncture and Moxibustion regulating Brain-gut peptide levels to treat PGS,with expectations to provide means and theoretical basis for clinical treatment.
