摘　　要：习近平法治思想为将乡村振兴纳入法治轨道提供了根本遵循和行为指导。乡村振兴法治保障是促进乡村振兴战略顺利实施必备的法治体系,也是推进乡村治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要依托。健全乡村振兴法治保障体系是完善中国特色社会主义法治体系的基本要求,也是法治中国建设亟待加强的关键领域。基于国家治理现代化的考量,只有不断强化乡村振兴的法治保障,才能确保乡村振兴战略顺利推进,为全面推进依法治国与建设社会主义现代化强国夯实乡村基石。加快形成乡村振兴领域科学完善的法律规范体系、严格公正的执法司法体制、持续深入的乡村普法工作机制和浓厚热烈的全民守法氛围是强化乡村振兴法治保障的基本路径。Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law has provided fundamental adherence and behavioral guidance for bringing rural revitalization into the track of rule of law.Legal guarantee for rural revitalization is an essential legal system for the smooth implementation of rural revitalization strategy,and also an important basis for promoting the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.Improving the legal guarantee system for rural revitalization is a basic requirement for improving the system of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and also a key area to be urgently strengthened in China’s rule of law construction.Based on the consideration of national governance modernization,only by constantly strengthening the legal guarantee of rural revitalization can we ensure the smooth progress of rural revitalization strategy and lay a solid foundation for comprehensively promoting the rule of law and building a modern socialist country.The basic way to strengthen the legal guarantee for rural revitalization is to accelerate the formation of a scientific and perfect legal and normative system,a strict and just law enforcement and judicial system,a continuous and in-depth working mechanism for rural law popularization and a strong and enthusiastic atmosphere for the whole people to abide by the law.
