党的建设学科布局的现实考探与优化路径

摘　　要：科学合理的党的建设学科布局是推动党的建设学科高质量发展的必然要求。从理论层面来看,党建学科布局是学科知识形态与实践形态布局的统一,具体包括学科方向、专业设置、人才培养层次、组织队伍和学位点分布等五个方面的布局。从现实层面来看,党建学科研究方向和课程体系设置逐步合理,规范性不足;学科人才培养硕士、博士层次体系初步建立,本科层次培养体系缺失;学位点和师资队伍建设得到快速发展,但支撑仍然不足;学位点分布布局渐趋合理,尚未实现均衡发展。从优化路径来看,应着力从统筹规划学科方向布局、动态完善人才培养体系、形成组织队伍建设合力、推进学位点全面均衡发展四个方面调整和优化。Scientific and reasonable party building discipline layout is the inevitable requirement to promote the high-quality development of party building discipline. From the theoretical level, the discipline layout of party construction is the unification of the discipline knowledge form and practice form layout, including the discipline direction, specialty setting, talent training level, organization team and distribution of study sites.From the perspective of reality, the party building discipline research direction and curriculum system is gradually reasonable, standardization is insufficient;the master’s and doctor’s level system of discipline personnel training has been established initially, but the undergraduate level training system is lacking;the construction of study sites and teaching staff has developed rapidly, but the support is still insufficient;the distribution of academic loci is becoming reasonable, but the balanced development has not been realized. From the perspective of the optimization path, the adjustment and optimization should be made from four aspects: overall planning of discipline layout, dynamic improvement of talent training system, formation of joint force of organizational team construction, and promotion of comprehensive and balanced development of study sites.
