陆良县云新系核桃两个品种坚果品质分析

摘　　要：为明确云新系核桃两个品种的坚果品质在云南陆良县的表现,对两个核桃基地种植的“云新高原”“云新301”外观品质和内在品质进行了比较分析研究。结果表明:“云新高原”“云新301”的三径、重量、果形和风味与原品种相同,但仁重和出仁率较低,缝合线紧密且隆起,壳较厚,在磨盘山基地果壳表现出不光滑。两个品种种仁Ga、Mg含量较高;蛋白质和脂肪含量较低,蛋白质在14.9%~17.8%之间,脂肪在60.0%~64.2%,均低于原品种。“云新高原”在磨盘山基地坚果饱满率为91.7%,出仁率为45.45%;“云新301”在大地公司基地的饱满率为85.0%,出仁率为43.26%。由此可知,“云新高原”适宜在陆良县磨盘山基地种植,而“云新高原”和“云新301”在大地公司基地的坚果综合品质均不高。In order to clarify the nut quality of two cultivar of‘Yunxin’line Walnuts in Luliang County,Yunnan Province,a comparative analysis was conducted to study the appearance quality and inner quality of‘Yunxin Plateau’and‘Yunxin 301’grown in two walnut bases.The results show that‘Yunxin Plateau’and‘Yunxin 301’have the same three diameters,weight,fruit shape and flavor as the original cultivar,but have lower kernel weight and kernel yield,tight and bulging sutures,thicker shells,and exhibit unsmooth shells at the Mopanshan base.The seed kernels of two cultivar had higher Ga and Mg contents;protein and fat contents were lower,with protein ranging from 14.9%to 17.8%and fat from 60.0%to 64.2%,both lower than the original cultivar.The nut fullness rate of‘Yunxin Plateau’was 91.7%and the kernel yield was 45.45%at the base of Mopanshan;the fullness rate of‘Yunxin 301’was 85.0%and the kernel yield was 43.26%at the base of Dadi Company.It can be seen that‘Yunxin Plateau’is suitable for planting in the base of Mopanshan in Luliang County,while both‘Yunxin Plateau’and‘Yunxin 301’have low overall nut quality in the base of Dadi Company.
