摘　　要：本文从原材料和国内产业地位两个层面,结合美国、欧盟和日本对天然橡胶的定位,阐述了天然橡胶产业在我国的战略重要性。从增强发展能力、巩固生产能力、提升保障能力等方面,提出了要多措并举推动产胶植物资源创新、稳定种植面积、提升产品品质、推广绿色技术,以强化我国天然橡胶产业的战略地位。In prospects of raw material and roles of domestic industry,this paper analyzed the strategic importance of natural rubber in China with reference to positions of natural rubber in USA,EU,and Japan.It suggested that more measures should be taken to promote innovations of rubber plant resource,stabilize domestic areas of rubber,improve the quality of domestic natural rubber,and extend green technologies to enhance the strategic role of natural rubber industry.
