摘  要:以橡胶树树叶为试验材料,用0(CK)、0.01、0.02、0.04、0.08g/L浓度的钼酸铵连续喷施叶面3d,探究橡胶树乳胶中过氧化氢(H2O2)含量、树叶中H2O2和丙二醛(MDA)含量以及抗氧化酶活性。结果表明:0.01g/L钼酸铵处理时,乳胶中H_(2)O_(2)含量、树叶中H_(2)O_(2)和MDA含量均处于最低值,且低于CK,抗氧化酶活性则均处于最高值,且显著高于CK;随着钼酸铵浓度的升高,树叶中H_(2)O_(2)和MDA含量出现先上升后下降趋势,乳胶中H_(2)O_(2)差异不显著,叶片中抗氧化酶SOD、POD活性逐渐降低,过氧化氢酶CAT活性先降低在升高;相关性分析表明,钼酸铵处理橡胶树叶面,树叶中H2O2含量、胶乳中H_(2)O_(2)含量及树叶中MDA含量三者之间呈一定正相关,3种抗氧化酶活性之间呈显著正相关,它们与树叶中MDA含量呈显著负相关,与乳胶中H2O2含量呈一定负相关,而与树叶中H_(2)O_(2)含量无明显相关性。表明低浓度(0.01g/L)钼酸铵处理可以提高橡胶树树叶的抗氧化能力。The contents of latex hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2)),malondialdehyde(MDA)and autioxidant enzyme activities of the leaves of Hevea brasiliensis after spraying ammonium molybdate with 0 g/L(CK),0.01 g/L,0.02 g/L,0.04 g/L and 0.08 g/L for 3 days were studied.The results showed that when ammonium molybdate(0.01 g/L)was used,the contents of H_(2)O_(2) of the latex and leaves,and the contents of MDA of the leaves reached the minimum level,which was lower than that of the control group.The activity of antioxidant enzymes in this group was significantly higher than that in the control group.As the concentration of the ammonium molybdate increased,the H_(2)O_(2) content and MDA of the leaves increased first and then decreased.There was no significant difference in H_(2)O_(2) content of the latex.The activities of SOD and POD in leaves decreased gradually,while the activity of CAT decreased first and then increased.The correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation among the H_(2)O_(2) content of the leaves,the H_(2)O_(2) content of the latex,and the MDA content of leaves,when leaf surface of Hevea brasiliensis were treated with ammonium molybdate.There was a significant positive correlation between the activities of the three antioxidant enzymes.Their activities had a significant negative correlation with the content of MDA in leaves,and a certain negative correlation with the content of H_(2)O_(2) in the latex.There was no obvious correlation with the content of H_(2)O_(2) in leaves.The results showed that low concentration(0.01 g/L)ammonium molybdate could improve the antioxidant capacity of leaves of Hevea brasiliensis.
