摘 要:为了解引进的大果沙棘和新选育蒙中杂交沙棘无性系果实的VC含量,采摘两类沙棘果实样品,采用液相色谱法分析果实VC含量。结果表明:18个引进沙棘全果干基VC含量平均值为671.58 mg·(100 g)^(-1),从单个无性系看,含量在1000 mg·(100 g)^(-1)以上的有4个无性系(201319、201303、201316、201313),而含量最低的"201315"VC全果干基含量仅有124.40 mg·(100 g)^(-1),只相当于含量最高的"201319"的7.31%。杂交沙棘全果干基含量平均值为1338.45 mg·(100 g)^(-1),以"杂雌优54号"最大,达2092.88 mg·(100 g)^(-1),为含量最低的"杂雌优12号"654.28 mg·(100 g)^(-1)的2.05倍。杂交沙棘全果干基VC含量相对引进沙棘约增加了1倍,两类间差距十分明显。In order to systematically learn the VC content of the introduced macro-fruit Hippophae rhamnoides and the newly selected Mongolian-Chinese-Hybrid H.rhamnoides clones,the two kinds of H.rhamnoides fruits in Suiling County of Heilongjiang Province were sampled in 2018,packed in liquid nitrogen tanks and quickly transported to Dalian,Liaoning,and the VC content was then analyzed by liquid chromatography.The average VC content of dried whole fruit for 18 introduced H.rhamnoides is 671.58 mg·(100 g)^(-1).In the 18 introduced H.rhamnoides clones,there are four clones with a content of more than 1000 mg·(100 g)^(-1)H.rhamnoides‘201319’,H.rhamnoides‘201303’,H.rhamnoides‘201316’&H.rhamnoides‘201313’,while the content of H.rhamnoides‘201315’with the lowest content was only 124.40 mg·(100 g)^(-1),which is only equivalent to 7.31%of H.rhamnoides‘201319’with the highest content.The average content of the dried whole fruit of hybrid H.rhamnoides is 1338.45 mg·(100 g)^(-1),and H.rhamnoides‘Zaciyou 54’is the largest,up to 2092.88 mg·(100 g)^(-1),which is 2.05 times that of H.rhamnoides‘Zaciyou 12’with the lowest content of 654.28 m·(100 g)^(-1).Compared with the introduced H.rhamnoides,the content of VC in the dried whole fruit of hybrid H.rhamnoides is equivalent to a doubling of the constant.The difference between the two categories is very obvious.
