百色水库灌区银屯放水塔工程金属结构布置

摘　　要：百色水库灌区进水口布置于银屯副坝左坝肩上游420 m处,放水塔为岸塔式,采用活动孔口浮筒式圆盘闸门分层取水,自上游起进水口布置1扇拦污栅,并设置清污机清除栅前杂物,栅后布置1扇叠梁检修闸门,然后布置分层取水闸门,随后布置旋转滤网,旋转滤网后为拦污栅和叠梁检修闸门门库,最后布置1扇事故闸门;浮筒式圆盘闸门由底部流道连接至事故闸门前,进水口后接银屯隧洞。介绍了该工程进水口的金属结构设备的型式、参数、尺寸、布置方案及相应启闭机设备的主要技术参数。The water intake tower of Baise Reservoir Irrigation Zone is arranged 420m upstream of the left abutment of Yintun auxiliary dam.Floating disc gate with movable orifice is designed to take water in layers.A trash rack equipped with trash cleaning machine is designed at the upstream side of water intake tower.Behind the trash rack is arranged a stoplog bulkhead gate.Floating disc gate,rotary screen,trash rack and stoplog bulkhead gate store,emergency gate are arranged in sequence downstream of the bulkhead gate.Between the floating disc gate and the emergency gate is the bottom water passage.Behind the water intake tower is the Yintun tunnel.An introduction was made on the type,parameters,dimensions,layout of metal structures as well as the technical parameters of cor⁃res ponding hoisting equipment.
