不同标准对洋溪水利枢纽工程土地补偿补助费的影响分析

摘　　要：分别采用综合区片价格、地方实际补偿价格以及“同库同策”价格3种方案对洋溪水利枢纽工程土地补偿补助费进行测算,分析研究不同征地补偿标准对工程建设征地投资的影响,并对其可行性进行分析。研究结果表明采取地方实际补偿标准比较符合工程的实际情况,可以减少征地难度,有利于项目的顺利推进。The land compensation subsidy of Yangxi Hydraulic Complex was calculated respectively by comprehen⁃sive district price,local actual compensation price and the price of implementing the same policy for the same reser⁃voir.The author analyzed the influence of different compensation standards on land acquisition investment for proj⁃ect construction as well as the feasibility.The results of analysis demonstrate the local actual compensation standard relatively conforms to the actual situation of project and is able to alleviate the land acquisition difficulty and pro⁃mote smooth progress of the project.
