建筑农民工产业化工人转型的影响机理研究

摘　　要：建筑农民工作为建筑产业发展的核心主体,研究其对产业转型升级的影响机理已显得尤为重要。针对建筑农民工存在诸多的利益诉求,通过深入建筑企业,采用深度访谈及相应的分析方法,确定了15个影响建筑农民工产业化工人转型的因素,运用DEMATEL-ISM分析影响因素的中心度和属性,构建多级递阶结构模型,探寻因素之间的逻辑关系及影响机理。结果表明,建筑农民工产业化工人转型的影响因素体系可划分为五级三阶的多级递阶结构,其中建筑业转型升级、政府监督和职业发展体系是最关键的影响因素,最后基于建筑农民工产业化工人转型的影响机理,从农民工利益诉求视角,提出了相应的建议。Farmer works in the construction industry is the core subject of the development of the construction industry,and it has become particularly important to study its influence mechanism on industrial transformation and upgrading.In view of the many interest demands of migrant workers in the construction industry,through in-depth interviews and corresponding analysis methods in construction companies,15 factors affecting the transformation of construction migrant workers in the chemical industry were identified,and the centrality of the influencing factors was analyzed by DEMATEL-ISM,build a multi-level hierarchical structure model,explore the logical relationship and influence mechanism between factors.The results show that the system of influencing factors for the transformation of construction migrant workers can be divided into a five-level and three-tier multi-level hierarchical structure.The transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,government supervision and career development systems are the most critical factors.The impact mechanism of the transformation of migrant workers in the industrial chemical industry,from the perspective of migrant workers’interests,put forward corresponding suggestions.
