摘 要:语言扶贫是我国贫困治理的重要组成部分,是扶贫减贫的一项长效机制。随着我国脱贫攻坚战收官和决战决胜脱贫攻坚目标的实现,我国的贫困治理进入了相对贫困治理的新阶段。后脱贫攻坚时代的语言扶贫亟需构建相应的实施模式与路径,提升贫困群体的造血功能,增强其发展的内生动力,以全方位预防和化解返贫风险,从而实现永久脱贫。结合对语言扶贫的理论逻辑和后脱贫攻坚时代我国贫困治理所面临的新形势、新挑战的分析,基于“混合学习”模式的语言扶贫实施模式与路径,能够促进新阶段语言扶贫工作的开展。Language poverty alleviation is an important part of China's poverty governance and a long-term mechanism for poverty alleviation.With the conclusion of China's anti-poverty campaign in 2020 and the realization of the goal of decisive victory poverty alleviation,poverty governance in China has entered a new stage of relative poverty governance.In the post-poverty era,language poverty alleviation is urgent to build corresponding implementation modes and paths to enhance the endogenous motivation and power of the poverty group,and prevent and eliminate the risk of returning to poverty in an all-round way,so as to achieve permanent poverty alleviation.This paper first combined with the analysis that theoretical logic of language poverty alleviation and the new situations and challenges faced by China's poverty governance in the post-poverty era.Hereafter,the implementation mode and path of language poverty alleviation based on the"blended learning"mode,this paper can promote the development of language poverty alleviation in the new Era.
