摘　　要：公立医院实行党委领导下的院长负责制,是新时代卫生健康事业发展的必然趋势。本研究对我院在落实党委领导下的医院议事决策机制建立和存在问题进行分析,以医院实践为基础,提出相关改进措施,以期促进新时期公立医院议事决策机制进一步完善,推进医院现代化治理结构建设。Public hospitals implement the dean responsibility system under the leadership of the party committee,which is an inevitable trend in the development of health care in the new era.This article analyzes the establishment and existing problems of our hospital's decision-making mechanism under the leadership of the party committee.Based on hospital practice,it proposes relevant improvement measures to promote the further improvement of the decision-making mechanism of public hospitals in the new era and promote the construction of a modern hospital governance structure.
