肺部小结节定位技术及其对诊疗效果的影响研究

摘　　要：目的对肺部小结节胸腔镜治疗中应用CT引导下钩线穿刺定位的临床预后及效果进行研究。方法在我院2018年12月至2019年12月期间行肺部CT检查发现肺部小结节的患者中随机抽取100例,依据结节定位与处理方式不同分为对照组(n=50)与研究组(n=50)进行研究。对照组采用CT引导下甲蓝染色定位,定位后行胸腔镜下肺楔形切除术;研究组在胸腔镜肺局限性切除术进行前接受CT引导下钩线穿刺定位辅助,对比分析两组患者的临床治疗结局数据。结果研究组患者穿刺定位时间、胸腔镜切除肺部小结节时间、总出血量少于对照组,定位成功率高于对照组,穿刺并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论胸腔镜术前CT引导下肺部小结节钩线穿刺定位的应用效果显著。Objective To study the clinical prognosis and effect of CT-guided hook-line puncture positioning in the treatment of small pulmonary nodules with thoracoscopic therapy.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019 in our hospital,100 patients with small lung nodules were randomly selected from lung CT examinations.According to the location and treatment of the nodules,they were divided into a control group(n=50)and a research group(n=50).The control group was conducted CT-guided thoracic blue staining for positioning,and then was underwent thoracoscopic wedge resection of lung after positioning.The research group received CT-guided hook-line puncture positioning assistance before thoracoscopic localized lung resection.The clinical treatment outcome data were compared between the two groups.Results The time of puncture positioning,the time of thoracoscopic resection of small pulmonary nodules,and the total blood loss of the research group were less than those of the control group.The positioning success rate in the research group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of puncture complications was lower than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of hook-line puncture positioning of small pulmonary nodules under the guidance of CT before thoracoscopy is significant.
