摘　　要：为优化设备及专用耗材的采购模式,实现设备与耗材的联动管理,医院提出设备租赁加耗材集中带量采购的采购方案,并对设备租赁与耗材采购过程实现信息化管理,实现医用设备及耗材的动态管理。信息系统对设备及耗材数据进行分析,自动生成信息齐全的图形和数据账表,为各级管理人员提供快速、准确的动态数据报表,精细控制耗材成本,实现设备租赁与耗材采购从预算到支付的全过程监管,提升医院设备和专用耗材采购管理水平和利用效率。In order to optimize the procurement mode of equipment and special consumables,and realize the linkage management of equipment and consumables,the hospital proposed a procurement plan of equipment leasing and consumables centralized purchase,and realized information management of equipment leasing and consumables procurement process to realize dynamic management of medical equipment and consumables.The information system analyzed the data of equipment and consumables,automatically generated graphics and data accounts with complete information.It provided fast and accurate dynamic data reports for managers at all levels,and consumables costs were finely controlled.It also realized the whole-process supervision of medical equipment leasing and consumables purchase,improved the management level and utilization efficiency of hospital equipment and special consumables.
