摘　　要：现代医院管理制度下,医院通过搭建管理平台、完善更新制度、细化工作职责、召开月度例会、定期自查自纠、建立工作台账、建立考评体系、分层廉政教育、宣传正面典型等措施构建医疗行业作风建设长效工作机制,使医疗行业作风得到常态化治理,为当前公立医院医疗行业作风建设工作提供参考。Under the modern hospital management system,by building a management platform,improving related systems,refining work responsibilities,holding monthly work meetings,conducting regular self-examination and self-correction,implementing ledger management,formulating an evaluation system,carrying out hierarchical education on integrity and promoting positive role models,the public hospital has established a long-term work mechanism for the ethics construction of the medical industry and made it to be normalized,which provided references for the ethics construction in public hospitals.
