糖尿病血管病变中医药防治的科研思路与方法

摘　　要：归纳总结中医药在防治糖尿病血管病变现状,以期在科技迅猛发展的今天,中医药领域在糖尿病血管病变中能做出更大贡献。中医认为糖尿病血管病变的基本病机是气阴两虚兼夹瘀血,治以益气养阴活血法,中医药可以多靶点多途径作用于全身,达到全身调理,温和降糖的作用。提出未来发展应注重勤求古训,博采众长;结合现代技术,精准医疗;基于"三早"模式,将糖尿病防治关口前移;对疾病进行全病程进行管理和干预;源头创新,促进科技成果转化;追踪最新指南,以期对中医药防治糖尿病血管病变临床和科研提供思路。We summarize the current status of Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of diabetic vascular disease,in the hope that in today’s rapid development of science and technology,the field of Chinese medicine can make greater contributions to diabetic vascular disease.According to theories of Traditional Chinese Medical,the basic pathogenesis of diabetic vascular disease is deficiency of both qi and yin with blood stasis.The treatment is based on the method of replenishing qi,nourishing yin and promoting blood circulation.It is proposed that the future development should be focused on diligently seeking ancient lessons and learning from others;combining modern technology and precision medical treatment;basing on the "three early" model,moving the barrier of diabetes prevention and treatment forward;managing and intervening the entire disease course;innovation at the source to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements;following up the latest guidelines to provide ideas for clinical and scientific research on the prevention and treatment of diabetic vascular disease with traditional Chinese medicine.
