摘　　要：明代汪绮石所著的《理虚元鉴》,对虚劳疾病论述颇精。不论在虚劳的病因、病机,还是在治疗和预后等方面,《理虚元鉴》都有其较为独特的观点。用这些理论来论治属于虚劳范畴中的肺癌咯血,我们仍能从其中得到较多的启示。Li Xu Yuan Jian,written by WANG Qishi in Ming Dynasty,is quite precise in discussing the disease of asthenia.Whether in the etiology,pathogenesis,treatment and prognosis of the disease of asthenia,Li Xu Yuan Jian has its own unique point of view.Using these theories to treat the hemoptysis due to lung cancer which belongs to the category of the disease of asthenia,we can still get more enlightenment from them.
