摘　　要：目的:总结14部古代医家经典著作中治疗痹病的用药规律,探讨其科学内涵,传承发展经典治疗痹证大法。方法:运用现代信息科学技术,通过关联规则、聚类分析等数据挖掘方法,分析每部中医古代经典著作中治疗痹证药物的频次、功效,及常用药物组合的关联度,结合现代药理研究成果分析其科学内涵。结果:古代医家治疗痹证用药各有侧重,或重视脾虚致痹,强调从脾治痹,或重视寒热致痹,强调方证对应,或重视正虚致痹,强调扶正固本,但在各部著作中健脾化湿通络药物贯穿治疗痹证的始终。现代药理学研究表明,健脾化湿通络药物多具有调节免疫、抗炎、镇痛、抗衰老的作用。结论:健脾化湿通络之法治疗痹证,贯穿各时期、各年代医家治疗痹证的整个过程,是痹证治疗的基本大法,具有丰富的科学内涵和现代指导意义。Objective:Summarize the rules of medication for treating arthralgia in 14 classic works of ancient physicians,explore its scientific connotation,and inherit and develop the classics for treating arthralgia.Methods:Using modern information science and technology,through association rules,cluster analysis and other data mining methods,analyze the frequency and efficacy of drugs for treating arthralgia syndrome in each ancient classic Chinese medicine,and the correlation of commonly used drug combinations,combined with modern pharmacological research results Analyze its scientific connotation.Result:Ancient physicians focused on the treatment of arthralgia syndrome,or emphasized the treatment of arthralgia caused by spleen deficiency,emphasized the treatment of arthralgia from spleen deficiency,or emphasized the treatment of arthralgia caused by cold and heat,emphasized the corresponding prescription,or emphasized the deficiency of the righteousness to cause the arthralgia,and emphasized strengthening the body and strengthening the foundation.The medicines for invigorating the spleen,dissipating dampness and dredging collateral run through the treatment of arthralgia.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that drugs for strengthening the spleen,dissipating dampness and dredging collateral have the effects of regulating immunity,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and anti-aging.Conclusion:The method of strengthening the spleen,dissipating dampness and dredging collateral for the treatment of arthralgia,runs through the whole process of treating arthralgia in different periods and ages.
