摘　　要：总结了贾六金教授治疗小儿遗尿症肾虚不固证的临证经验。贾教授认为肾虚不固为小儿遗尿症的主要证型,强调以五脏证治为核心,根据小儿肾常不足的生理特点,紧扣肾虚不固、下元虚寒、膀胱失约的基本病机,治疗以补肾固本、缩尿止遗为原则,常用自拟固本止遗汤加减配合心理、行为调养治疗本病,疗效显著。附案例1则,以资验证。This paper summarizes professor JIA Liujin’s clinical experience in the treatment of enuresis in children with weakened kidney deficiency syndrome.Professor JIA holds that weakened kidney deficiency syndrome is the main syndrome type of enuresis in children.He emphasizes the diagnosis and treatment of five zang organs as the core.According to the physiological characteristics of children’s frequent deficiency of kidney,he closely adheres to the basic pathogenesis of weakened kidney deficiency,deficiency cold of kidney and failure of bladder to retain urine,takes invigorating kidney to consolidate vital base and reducing urination and stopping enuresis as therapeutic principle,often uses self-made modified Guben Zhiyi Tang(固本止遗汤)cooperated with psychological and behavioral recuperation to treat it,which has obtained remarkable curative effects.One case is attached for verification.
