摘　　要：查阅整理近5年穴位贴敷治疗小儿遗尿症的文献,分别从单一穴位贴敷以及联合内服中药、针刺、推拿、中药熏蒸等方法治疗小儿遗尿症进行了综述。指出穴位贴敷临床用药以收涩药、温里药、补虚药为主,其中以桑螵蛸、肉桂、益智仁最多,穴位以神阙穴为主。对于缺少大规模、多中心的临床试验研究等问题应是今后研究的主要方向。By consulting and sorting out the literature on acupoint application in the treatment of children with enuresis in recent 5 years,this paper summarizes the methods in the treatment of it from single acupoint application along with combined oral administration of Chinese materia medica(CMM),acupuncture,tuina and CMM fumigating and steaming therapy,etc.,respectively.It is pointed out that the main clinical medicinals for acupoint application are astringent ones,interior-warming ones and deficiency-reinforcing ones,among which the most heavily used are Mantidis o?theca,Cinnamomi cortex and Alpiniae oxyphyllae fructus,and the main acupoint is Shenque(CV 8).Clinical trials which are lack of large-scale and multi-center should be the main direction of future research.
