北方严寒地区输水隧洞喷射混凝土质量控制技术研究

摘　　要：文章采用回弹率试验分析北方严寒地区输水隧洞喷射混凝土质量,并深入探讨了减少原材料浪费及配合比优化设计的技术措施。结果显示,掺无碱液体速凝剂的喷射混凝土存在有效提高耐久性、施工中粉尘含量少和强度损失率低等优点,对输水隧洞围岩衬砌具有较好的实用性和有效性。The springback rate test is used to analyze the shotcrete quality of water tunnel in cold region of the northern China,and the technical measures to reduce the waste of raw materials and optimize the design of mixing ratio are discussed In this paper.The results show that the shotcrete mixed with alkali free liquid accelerator has the advantages of less dust content and low strength loss rate in durability construction,and has better practicability and effectiveness for surrounding rock lining of water tunnel.
