民族事务国际传播能力的提升

摘　　要：随着中国国力的增强,整个社会在政治、经济、文化等方面取得巨大成就,中国的国际传播能力也取得了一定进步,但面临的困境仍显而易见,“发声难或发声被忽视”等情况依然存在。其主要原因是西方政客及主流媒体,通过资本掌握各类纸媒和线上平台资源,获取了国际舆论场的话语权,对中国问题特别是民族宗教事务等进行了系统、成规模、持续性负面传播,以期达到在国际上抹黑中国、孤立中国、延缓中国崛起之目的。总结以美国为首的西方媒体近期涉华言论的特点,有助于揭示中国国际传播工作面临的困境,分析导致困局之复杂内外因素。以铸牢中华民族共同体意识为指导,则可以加强和改进中国国际传播工作,提高我们的国际话语权。With the recent increase in national strength,China has witnessed remarkable achievements in politics,economy,and culture,etc.Certain progress in international communication,however,has been hampered.It is still common to find situations where it is“hard to give a voice or the voice is not valued”.The main reason lies in the Western politicians who control the mainstream media in the world.Through capital,these politicians have mastered various paper and online platforms and gained the right to speak in the international public opinion field.Furthermore,they carried out systematic,large-scale,and continuous negative dissemination of China’s issues,especially ethnic and religious affairs,to discredit and isolate China internationally,and ultimately slow down China’s rise.By summarizing and analyzing the characteristics of the recent China-related reports by the US-led western media,this paper aims to reveal the dilemma in China’s international communication and analyze the various factors behind it,so as to improve China’s international communication under the guidance of the Constructing Consciousness of the Chinese Nation Community.
