摘　　要：目的:探讨射频消融及点式剥脱与硬化剂治疗术联合应用治疗C2-C4级下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月至2020年12月,大庆地区收治的C2~C4级下肢静脉曲张患者810例,根据治疗方法不同分为观察组和对照组。观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果:两组患者感染、血栓形成发生率和复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者手术耗费时间低于对照组患者,住院总费用高于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者下肢麻木不适、皮下血肿、麻醉并发症发生率低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);皮下硬结节,无统计学意义;随访1年,两组患者复发率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:射频消融及点式剥脱与硬化剂治疗术联合应用治疗下肢静脉曲张治疗优于传统方法治疗。Objective:To study the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation combined with point stripping and foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of grade C2-C4 lower extremity varicose veins.Methods:A total of 810 patients with grade C2-C4 lower extremity varicose veins admitted to Daqing area from January 2016 to December 2020 are selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment method.The effects of two treatments are compared.Results:There is statistical significance in the incidence of infection,thrombosis and recurrence rate between 2 groups(P<0.05);The operation time of observation group is lower than control group,and the total hospitalization cost of observation group is higher than control group,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The incidence of lower limb numbness and discomfort,subcutaneous hematoma and anesthesia complications in observation group are lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);There is no significant difference in subcutaneous hard nodules and no statistical significance;After one year follow-up,there is no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups.Conclusions:The effect of the combination radiofrequency ablation,point stripping and foam sclerotherapy in the treatment of varicose veins in lower extremity is better than that of traditional therapies.
