徐圩新区创建国家生态工业示范园区启发与思考

摘　　要：连云港徐圩新区是国家七大石化基地之一,作为全新建设规划的化工园区,通过七年的努力,成功创建国家生态工业示范园区,其创建模式和路径,在国内都具有重要的参考意义。本文基于笔者参与创建的徐好新区国家生态工业示范园区项目,立足新区现状,从创建历程出发,研究全新建设园区如何通过顶层设计,围绕主导产业,构建产业链,布局环保基础设施,打造生态示范标杆。进而梳理园区创建过程中面临的实际问题,并提出相应的解决思路,结合笔者在创建过程中引发的思考,探索园区创建的路径,相信对同类园区开展国家生态工业创建都具有一定的启示意义。Lianyungang Xuwei New Area is one of the seven major petrochemical bases in our country.As a newly constructed chemical park,it has successfully established a national eco-industrial demonstration park after seven years of hard work.Its establishment mode and path have great reference significance in China.Based onAuthor,s participation in the establishment of the Xuwei New Area National Eco-industrial Demonstration Park project,and the status of the new park,starting from the creation process,this article studies how to build a brand-new park through top-level design,build an industrial chain around leading industries,and lay out environmental protection infrastructure.,create an ecological demonstration benchmark.Then sort out the actual problems faced in the process of park creation,and propose corresponding solutions.Combining the thoughts caused by the author during the creation process,exploring the path of the park creation,it is believed that it has certain enlightenment for similar parks to carry out national ecological industry creation.
