摘 要:赤泥浆体的剪切应力是流变参数的重要指标,对赤泥所形成的泥石流运动有着重要的影响。以赤泥作为试验材料,配以9种不同的含水量,利用流变仪进行了两个循环的剪切试验。试验结果表明:剪切速率和含水量对赤泥剪切应力有显著影响,剪切应力随剪切速率的增加而增大,在初始剪切阶段增加速率较快,后期增加速率减缓,赤泥出现剪切稀化现象;赤泥起动剪切应力灵敏度受含水量的影响。综合考虑剪切速率和含水量,提出了赤泥剪切应力的经验计算公式,可快速、准确地计算剪切应力。试验研究成果有助于了解赤泥泥浆剪切应力的变化规律,为赤泥剪切应力的计算提供参考。The shear stress of red mud slurry is an important index of rheological parameters,which influences on the debris flow movement formed by red mud.Red mud was used as test material,with 9 different water contents,two cycles of shear tests were carried out by rheometer.Experimental results show that there is a significant effect on the shear stress of red mud by the shear rate and water content.Shear stress increases with the increase of shear rate.The increase rate is faster in the initial shear stage,and the increase rate slows down in the later stage,as well as the shear thinning phenomenon appears.The sensitivity of starting shear stress of red mud is affected by water content.The empirical formula of red mud shear stress is proposed,which can calculate the shear stress quickly and accurately.
