摘  要:为解决当前航模遥控系统遥控距离不足以及控制精度无法满足控制要求的问题,设计了基于STC15的5G电动农业机械遥控系统。该遥控系统以STC15W4K32S4作为主控芯片,由5G模块、霍尔操纵杆、滤波电路等电路组成。电动农业机械遥控系统通过操纵杆控制脉冲宽度调制(PWM)输出信号,经5G模块进行远距离数据传输,经过比例积分微分(PID)算法调节,实现大部分农业机械运动的控制。试验结果表明:电动农业机械遥控系统可通过5G通信实现远距离PWM输出信号控制电动农业机械运动。5G电动农业机械遥控系统将PWM遥控系统与5G技术相结合,增加遥控控制范围。5G通信的高传输速度使得控制精确性与系统灵敏度大幅提高。该方式可实现对农机运动的精细化控制。To solve the problem that the remote control distance of the current model airplane remote control system is insufficient,and the control precision cannot meet the control requirements,a 5G electric agricultural machinery remote control system based on STC15 is designed.The remote control system takes STC15W4K32S4 as the main control chip,and consists of 5G module,Hall joystick,filter circuit and other circuits.Electric agricultural machinery remote control system through the joystick control pulse width modulation(PWM)output signal,the 5G module for long-distance data transmission,through the proportion integral differential(PID)algorithm adjustment,to achieve most of the agricultural machinery movement control.The experiment shows that the remote control system of electric agricultural machinery can control the movement of electric agricultural machinery through the remote PWM output signal of 5G communication.5G electric agricultural machinery remote control system will be the combination of PWM remote control system and 5G technology,increase the remote control range,the high transmission speed of 5G communication makes the control accuracy and system sensitivity greatly improved.The combination of 5G and PWM control technology realizes the precision control that is difficult to be achieved by the previous control system.Through this method,the precision control of agricultural machinery movement can be realized.
