摘 要:本文探究了铜管/铝板冷却、铝管/铝板冷却、塑料管/铝板冷却对电池组温度的影响。结果表明,在4C放电时,铜管/铝板冷却的电池组的最高温度为48.46℃,最大温差为4.11℃,且在4C放电倍率下进行实际工况的模拟验证时,最高温度为48.10℃。说明铜管/铝板冷却能高效地对电动汽车用动力电池进行热管理且容易在工程中生产应用。This paper explores the effect of copper tube aluminum plate composite liquid cooling plate, aluminum tube aluminum plate composite liquid cooling plate and plastic tube aluminum plate composite liquid cooling plate on battery group temperature under the actual working condition of electric vehicle. The results show that the maximum temperature is 48.46 ℃ and the maximum temperature difference is 4.11 ℃ under the same inlet temperature, inlet inlet flow rate and liquid-cooled plate pipe, and the maximum temperature is 48.10 ℃ when the actual working condition is simulated and verified at 4 discharge rate ℃. It shows that the copper tube aluminum plate composite liquid cooling plate can efficiently manage the power battery for electric vehicle and is easy to be used in engineering.
